How to order?

• We can ship orders to 200+ countries. Please directly add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart, then on the checkout page fill in your delivery address and select a shipping method, and pay.
• Creating an account is a must. You can create an account prior to placing an order or during placing an order. It will be useful for you to manage your favorite items, check your historical orders, track your orders, manage your credit e-wallet, etc.
• Our quantity-based discount structure is SKU-level, allowing you to purchase products in different colors and sizes at the same time. At the checkout page, you can additionally select our label packaging service (very popular) and our dropshipping service, you can also leave a note to us about your order, we will see it and bear it in mind when we process your order.

Size Guide (Clothing)

The size/age on each product page is for your reference. Because each baby's height is different, in practice, size is more accurate than age. For example, clothing in size 66 is suitable for babies less than 66cm in height, clothing in size 73 is suitable for babies less than 73cm in height, and so on. Our clothing is made according to the standard baby body, so for fat babies, you may want to consider buying one size up.

Size Guide (Shoes)

Each country has its own size rules, while the fact is that in the real world each baby's foot length is different. The most scientific way is to buy according to the insole length of the shoes and the baby's foot length. For example, shoes with an insole length of 11.50 cm are suitable for babies with a foot length of 11.00 cm, shoes with an insole length of 12.00 cm are suitable for babies with a foot length of 11.50 cm, and so on. The same as clothing, for fat babies, you may want to consider buying one size up.

Payment Methods

• PayPal. We accept payment via PayPal. Want to learn about what is PayPal?
• Credit Card. You can pay with your credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Discover/JCB/Diners Club/EnRoute) if you don’t have a PayPal account. Click the button “Proceed to PayPal” on the checkout page, PayPal will guide you on how to pay without having a PayPal account.
• Bank Transfer (accept ≥ 2000 USD orders). If your order amount is more than 2000 USD, and you would like to pay via Bank Transfer (telegraphic transfer/wire transfer), please contact us to request our bank account after placing your order. Bank transfer payments may take 1-5 business days to reach our account. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.
• Wallet (Your credits in our store). For example, if your order amount is 100 USD, and you have 20 USD in your wallet, you can choose to check “Pay by wallet” on the checkout page, 20 USD will be debited from your wallet and 80 USD will be paid through other payment method.
• Currencies & Exchange Rate. Our system supports displaying product prices in various kinds of currencies. But all orders (and customers’ credit e-wallets) are settled in U.S. dollars. The other currencies on our website are for display and reference only. If your local currency is not U.S. dollars, the currency exchange rate for your order will be determined by PayPal or your card issuing bank.

Shipping & Delivery

• We can ship orders to 200+ countries. The total delivery time = 1-10 days order processing + 1-3 days domestic logistics company warehouse processing + international shipping time. International shipping time is varied by shipping options and countries. After filling in your delivery address, you can view the available shipping options to your country, on the cart page and checkout page. In practice, each order's total delivery time is different. The order sizes, order types (standard order, customized order), busy season or not, customs clearance progress, and any other factors may affect the delivery time.
• If you want us to ship your order to your warehouse in China or want us to ship your order to your logistics agent/partner in China, please use the China address as your delivery address. You can also directly pick up your order from our warehouse in Zhuhai, China, by yourself or by your logistics agent/partner.

Return & Refund

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery. We don't provide prepaid return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items will be at your expense. Please contact us firstly, and then we will offer you the returned address. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting us before shipment. The returned item should be in good new condition. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, or used in any way. A refund will be issued within 2 or 3 business days after receiving the returned package.

Replacement

Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 15 days after the delivery date, together with pictures or video proof. After confirming, we will send you free replacements and ship them together with your new order; or if you don't have a new order, we will issue a refund for the products that need to be replaced.

Customized Services

By default, products will come with Applebebe standard packaging. If you want products to come with plain (neutral) packaging without having any logo on them or if you want products to come with your own branded packaging with your own logo on them, please navigate to custom label packaging to learn more, and you can choose to check the custom label packaging service on the checkout page. We also provide custom design production, if you have unique designs looking for custom-made, you are welcome to send your designs, physical samples, or photos to us, we are happy to help you. Customs & Tax

• All DDP shipping methods including by air, by sea, by railway, and by highway are door-to-door delivery, customs duties and taxes paid, you don't have to get a broker for customs clearance, no matter your order size/order amount, just sit back and wait for your order to be delivered to your door.
• For the following countries, small orders shipping by 4PX or YunExpress (maximum support 2kg-5kg, varied by shipping method and countries), customers may not need to assist in customs clearance and not need to pay customs duty and tax. Because we are not 100% sure about all countries on the list, it is just for reference. Those countries include the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Norway, Finland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Cyprus, Japan, South Korea, and South Africa.
• For other countries, or larger orders (more than 2kg-5kg), and any orders shipping by DHL/FedEx/UPS/EMS/Aramex, customers may need to assist the logistics company to complete the customs clearance and may need to pay customs duty and tax. It is varied by the duty threshold for each country. For example, United States customers usually do not need to assist in clearance for order amount less than 800 U.S. dollars and don't need to pay duty; Australian customers usually don't need to assist in clearance for order amount less than 1000 AUS dollars and don't need to pay duty. In addition, customs duty and tax also depend on the certain shipping method for the specific countries/regions. If you have a medium or large order and want to save yourself the hassle of shipping, customs clearance, duties and taxes, please contact us for further inspection. This is really good for larger businesses and wholesalers.
• In practice, we found that perhaps it is related to the family's basic livelihood demand and the growth of the next generation, in most countries customs duty rate for baby clothing is relatively low. But anyway, each country's situation is different. Please do your own research and make your own decisions. And, please kindly note that citizens of any country are obliged to pay taxes and we do not accept returns due to the customer's refusal to do the clearance and pay duties.
