Return & Refund

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery. We don’t provide prepaid return labels for returns. The cost of shipping on return items will be at your expense. Please contact us firstly, and then we will offer you the returned address. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting us before shipment. The returned item should be in good new condition. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, or used in any way. A refund will be issued within 2 or 3 business days after receiving the returned package.


Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 15 days after the delivery date, together with pictures or video proof. After confirming, we will send you free replacements and ship them together with your new order; or if you don’t have a new order, we will issue a refund for the products that need to be replaced.
